We won’t tell you what to say. We’ll just teach you the technical side so you can strike up your own conversations with all sorts of people. If you’ve worked somewhere like a shop or bar before, that’s great. But more important is that you have the confidence and understanding to sell people what they really need. To join us as a manager, you’ll also need to focus on profits, have the ability to get the most out of your team and the kind of energy that inspires people.
